Towson interviews were so much easier than finding someone to actually call you back! I know one thing I was thankful that my mom works at a hospital so I could get in good, and get my interview done. The first person I interview was Jenny Norris she works in the Human Resources department at FMH (Frederick Memorial Hospital). She was a very nice lady. I felt very comfortable talking to her and the interview was easy, laid back, and interesting. I found out that FMH offers reimbursement programs to anyone who will be able to work at FMH after graduation will be offered the program.
I think the interview went well but if I didn't have a mom in the profession it would have been a lot harder. I couldn't get anyone to call me back even after I called numerous times.
Something I think I could improve about my interviewing process is that I could be more persistent. I need to be aggressive in getting people on the phone because if it was not for my mom working at the hospital than I wouldn't have any interviews at this point.
One thing I am having a major problem with is getting a 4th person. I have found 2 other than Jenny Norris, although I still need one more.

Megan, so glad to hear you've made good progress on the interviews! Good luck with the fourth.
